The School: This is a Church of England school with a good reputation locally. The school received a 'good' grade after their most recent OFSTED inspection and it is a popular place to teach. Behaviour is good at the school, and the leadership team is well-established. The school is close to a mainline and underground station, and they have parking available for drivers.
The Role: The school is seeking a teacher for a part-time role in Year 3 on Mondays and Tuesdays (the school cannot offer any flexibility on this). You will be working closely alongside your job-share colleague as well as the parallel class teacher in Year 3 and the role will come with the full class teacher responsibilities (you will also get PPA time).
You! The head is seeking an experienced teacher for this role as they will not be able to offer ECT support. You should be flexible and adaptable and a great communicator. A good team approach is required, as you will be working closely with your job share partner and parallel year group teacher.
