We are delighted to be working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Hounslow that is looking to appoint a reliable and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team. Teaching Assistant
- Start Date: Immediate (subject to vetting checks)
- Location: Hounslow, West London
- Pay: £100 per day (PAYE)
- Hours: 08:30am - 4:00pm
- Contract: Full-time, 5 days a week Mon to Fri, until July 2026
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning across the school:
- Supporting pupils across a range of year groups, from Reception to Year 6
- Delivering focused interventions to support pupil progress and attainment
- Providing tailored support for children with SEND
- Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupils' social and emotional development
- Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Supporting additional activities such as Breakfast Club and After School Clubs, where required
Requirements:
- Have prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary setting
- Be confident supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND
- Be proactive, flexible, and able to use their initiative
- Be committed to helping children achieve their full potential
