Are you a caring, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive Early Years setting in Tower Hamlets for a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join the team for the full academic year. The Role

As the SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll work within the EYFS provision, supporting children with a variety of additional learning needs. Your role will include:

  • Supporting children both individually and in small groups
  • Encouraging communication, social interaction and emotional development
  • Working alongside the class teacher and SENDCo to implement personalised support strategies
  • Promoting independence through play‑based learning and daily routines
  • Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment

No two days are the same, making this an incredibly rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with young children.
