SANZA Teaching Agency is currently working in partnership with a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Haringey to recruit an experienced School Administrator / Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, professional, and highly organised individual with prior school-based admin experience and strong knowledge of Arbor.
About the Role
- Acting as the first point of contact, warmly welcoming parents, pupils, and visitors
- Managing front-of-house reception duties, phone calls, emails, and enquiries
- Supporting pupils who attend the school office, offering reassurance and clear communication
- Using Arbor to manage attendance, pupil records, and administrative updates
- Providing general administrative support to the wider school team
- Ensuring safeguarding and data protection procedures are followed at all times
About You
- Previous experience as a School Administrator or Receptionist within a school setting
- Confident and proficient using Arbor (essential)
- Friendly, professional, and approachable with a strong front-of-house presence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality in schools
