This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, organised and professional individual with previous school-based administration experience to join a thriving school community.

The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff
- Manage the busy reception area in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handle telephone and email enquiries efficiently
- Support with attendance, admissions and general administration duties
- Work closely with the senior leadership team and office staff
- Ensure safeguarding and visitor procedures are followed at all times
- Use school systems confidently and accurately
Candidate Requirements
- MUST have previous school administration experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Professional, proactive and personable approach
- Confident using SIMS, Arbor or similar school systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
