A dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner is required to support a warm and welcoming 2-form-entry primary school in Richmond Upon Thames. This is a one-day-per-week role, ideal for someone seeking consistent, high-quality Early Years experience in a nurturing school environment.
You will be based in the Nursery and Reception provision, supporting early learning, phonics, play-based development and small-group activities. The school has an excellent leadership team, a friendly Early Years department, and a strong commitment to child-centred learning.
What the Role Involves:
- Supporting Nursery/Reception children with early learning, communication and social development
- Leading play-based activities and small learning groups
- Supporting phonics and early literacy using structured programmes

- Working closely with class teachers and EYFS leads

- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience within Nursery or Reception in a UK setting
