SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist ARP provision within a dedicated primary school in Kensington and Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with autism and ADHD within a structured and nurturing environment. The ARP supports pupils with higher needs who benefit from additional structure, personalised learning and specialist support. The Role
- Supporting pupils with autism and ADHD within the ARP provision
- Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
- Helping pupils regulate behaviour and remain engaged in learning
- Supporting teachers in delivering structured and differentiated activities
- Encouraging independence, confidence and positive social interaction
Requirements
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN, autism or ADHD is desirable
- Background in education, childcare, care work or youth work welcomed
- Calm, patient and proactive approach
