SANZA Teaching Agency, part of Tradewind Recruitment, is currently recruiting passionate and qualified Early Years Teachers (EYFS) for full-time positions in Hackney primary schools starting this September. We are working with a range of inclusive and supportive schools across Inner London who are seeking dedicated EYFS specialists to lead and inspire learning in Nursery and Reception classes.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS learning experiences
  • Lead a Nursery or Reception class (depending on placement)
  • Use continuous provision and play-based learning effectively
  • Assess, track, and support children's development in line with EYFS framework
  • Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Work closely with support staff, leadership teams, and parents/carers
  • Contribute to curriculum development within Early Years provision

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Experience teaching in Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
  • Creative, caring, and child-centred approach
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children and families
