SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working in partnership with a large, welcoming primary school in the London Borough of Ealing to recruit an experienced Administration and Welfare Lead for a September start. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving school where no two days are the same.
The role combines front-of-house administration with pupil welfare and SEND support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships with children, families and staff while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and SENCO, this varied position offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the wellbeing and educational experience of pupils across the school.
The successful candidate will spend two days each week managing the school reception and administration function, with the remaining three days dedicated to pupil welfare and SEND support, working alongside the SENCO to ensure children receive the care and support they need to thrive.
