SANZA Teaching (Tradewind\’s sister agency) is proud to be working with a vibrant and creative two-form entry primary school in the heart of Dollis Hill. We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is confident and experienced in supporting complex needs, while also ready to lead breakfast and afterschool clubs. This is a longer working day (8:00am – 5:30pm), offering a rewarding and varied experience that goes beyond the classroom. If you\’re a multi-skilled practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced, nurturing environment, this role is ideal for you!

Two-form entry primary in Brent with a reputation for creativity and inclusivity. Start your day by running a welcoming and engaging breakfast club. Support 1:1 in EYFS, focusing on children with complex needs. Finish your day by leading the afterschool club, full of play, fun, and enrichment. Work as part of a collaborative team of educators passionate about learning and care.

Who We\’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualified in childcare or education (essential)
  • Experience supporting complex SEND, particularly in the Early Years
  • A natural leader who can run extended day provision with confidence and energy
  • Warm, proactive, and highly organised – someone who brings calm and joy to every setting
  • Able to commit to the longer day, 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
