SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to support a warm and welcoming 2-form-entry primary school in Richmond Upon Thames. This is a one-day-per-week role, ideal for someone seeking consistent, high-quality Early Years experience in a nurturing school environment. You will be based in the Nursery and Reception provision, supporting early learning, phonics, play-based development and small-group activities. The school has an excellent leadership team, a friendly Early Years department, and a strong commitment to child-centred learning.

What the Role Involves:

  • Supporting Nursery/Reception children with early learning, communication and social development
  • Leading play-based activities and small learning groups
  • Supporting phonics and early literacy using structured programmes
  • Promoting a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Working closely with class teachers and EYFS leads

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Experience within Nursery or Reception in a UK setting
