Are you a nurturing and dedicated Early Years professional with a passion for supporting babies during their first stages of development? SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a highly regarded Children's Centre in Hackney to recruit an enthusiastic Early Years Educator / Nursery Nurse to join their Baby Room team from September 2026.

Attached to a successful and welcoming primary school, this Children's Centre offers a warm, supportive environment where children flourish and staff are genuinely valued. About the Role

As a key member of the Baby Room team, you will play an important role in providing a safe, stimulating and caring environment for the youngest children in the setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting babies' learning, development and wellbeing
  • Creating engaging experiences that encourage curiosity and exploration
  • Building strong partnerships with parents and carers
  • Contributing to observations, assessments and next-step planning
  • Promoting children's personal, social and emotional development
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain a high-quality learning environment

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above desirable)
  • Have experience working with babies and young children
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education
  • Be caring, patient and responsive to children's individual needs
  • Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
  • Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
