Seeking a proactive and compassionate SEN Classroom Support Assistant to join supportive schools across Camden. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable SEN experience whilst supporting pupils with a range of additional learning, communication and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group intervention support.
  • Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
  • Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and Speech & Language needs.
  • Prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
  • Encourage engagement, participation and independence.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within education, childcare or support work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Patient, resilient and positive approach.
  • Ability to follow structured support plans.
  • Passion for supporting children with SEN.

Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm

Pay: £95 PAYE per day

Contract: 1 Year (with potential extension)
