SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working in partnership with a group of highly regarded primary schools in Enfield. Due to continued growth within their Early Years provision, we are recruiting an experienced EYFS Room Lead to join a thriving Nursery setting from 7th September.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and experienced Early Years professional looking to take the next step in their career and lead a dedicated team within a well-resourced learning environment.
The Role:
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
- Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Leading a Nursery room within a busy EYFS setting
- Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging learning opportunities
- Managing routines, observations and assessments
- Working closely with the EYFS leadership team and parents
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification or above
- Previous experience leading a Nursery or EYFS room
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about providing outstanding early years education
