SANZA Teaching Agency, part of Tradewind Recruitment, is currently recruiting passionate and qualified Early Years Teachers (EYFS) for full-time positions in Hackney primary schools starting this September. We are working with a range of inclusive and supportive schools across Inner London who are seeking dedicated EYFS specialists to lead and inspire learning in Nursery and Reception classes.
The Role
- Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS learning experiences
- Lead a Nursery or Reception class (depending on placement)
- Use continuous provision and play-based learning effectively
- Assess, track, and support children's development in line with EYFS framework
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
- Work closely with support staff, leadership teams, and parents/carers
- Contribute to curriculum development within Early Years provision
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Experience teaching in Early Years (Nursery or Reception)
- Creative, caring, and child-centred approach
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with children and families
