SANZA Teaching Agency are proud to be recruiting for one of our most popular and highly regarded client schools, who are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team for the full 2026/2027 academic year.

This is a varied and rewarding role working across Nursery and Reception, supporting children within both mainstream classroom learning and SEN provision. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the wider EYFS team to provide engaging, nurturing and inclusive support to pupils across the setting.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience working within EYFS
  • Have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs alongside mainstream learners
  • Ideally hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare
  • Be adaptable, proactive and nurturing in their approach
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
  • Be passionate about supporting children's early development and learning

Role Details:

  • Full-time role
  • Starting 1st September 2026
  • Full 2026/2027 academic year
  • £98 per day, increasing to £116 per day after 12 working weeks
