SANZA Teaching Agency is currently recruiting Early Years Educators across Hackney and Tower Hamlets for a range of welcoming nurseries and primary school EYFS provisions. These settings are seeking dedicated and nurturing practitioners who hold a NCFE CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification and are ready to support children in their early stages of development.
We are working with schools and nurseries that place a strong emphasis on play-based learning, communication development and creating safe, stimulating environments where every child can thrive.
The Role:
- Support the learning, care and development of children aged 0-5 within EYFS settings
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework
- Create safe, inclusive and stimulating environments that promote curiosity and independence
- Support children's communication, language, physical and emotional development
- Observe, assess and record children's progress using EYFS tracking systems
- Work closely with parents and carers to support each child's learning journey
- Support children with SEND through tailored activities and targeted support
- Promote positive behaviour, routines and early social development
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Work collaboratively with room leaders, teachers and EYFS teams
What We're Looking For:
- NCFE CACHE Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (essential)
- Experience in nursery or EYFS settings (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
