SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a highly regarded 3-form entry primary school in Hackney to recruit two exceptional Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for September. This is an outstanding opportunity for passionate and ambitious ECTs to join a thriving school community that prides itself on high standards, excellent pupil outcomes, and strong staff support. About the Role

The school is able to offer placements across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, and is looking for ECTs who are confident, driven, and ready to make a real impact from day one.

We Are Looking For ECTs Who:

  • Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are eligible to start in September
  • Demonstrate strong classroom presence and a clear passion for teaching
  • Are committed to high expectations and academic excellence
  • Have excellent behaviour management and strong relationships with pupils
  • Are confident planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Show ambition, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow
