SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic primary school in Ealing for a Part-Time Admissions & Attendance Administrator to join their friendly and supportive office team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school administrator looking for flexibility while remaining at the heart of a busy school environment.

The Role

  • Managing pupil attendance and following up absences.
  • Supporting the school's admissions process.
  • Liaising with parents and external agencies.
  • Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school's MIS.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider office team.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to families and visitors.

Working Pattern

Approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility around either: Monday-Thursday, 8:15am-12:15pm (preferred), or two full days per week (approximately 7:45am-4:30pm). The role is available from September for at least the Autumn Term, with the potential to continue beyond.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has previous experience working in a school office.
  • Has experience with attendance and/or admissions.
  • Is confident using school management systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom or similar).
  • Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Can build positive relationships with parents, pupils and colleagues.
  • Is proactive, professional and enjoys working as part of a team.
