Our independent SEN School in the borough of Barking & Dagenham is looking for dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistants to join our compassionate team. Immediate Requirements: Positions Needed: 3-5 SEMH Teaching Assistants (TAs) Gender Preference: Ideally one or two male TAs to balance ratios Special Skills: Experience in Speech and Language, PECS, SEMH, ASCRole Overview: Hours: 08:15 – 16:15 Salary: £100 – £115 PAYE Daily Sites: Dagenham (main school) and Romford (vocational centre)What We Offer: A child-centred, specialist educational approach Therapeutic support tailored to each pupil\’s needs A supportive and creative learning environment Focus on building pupils\’ self-confidence and individual strengthsTrial Period: Trials will take place during the first week back after February half term, starting 24th February 2025.
