This is a full-time, long-term position starting after February half term, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in an SEMH, PRU, or specialist primary school environment
- Understanding of trauma-informed practice and experience supporting children with complex emotional and behavioural needs
- Experience working with children with one or more of the following:
- ADHD
- ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
- Anxiety disorders
- Self-harming behaviours and suicidal ideation
- Attachment difficulties
- Speech & Language difficulties
- Dyslexia or Dyspraxia
