SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a Supply Learning Support Assistant (Clapham) to work in primary and independent schools across the wider Wandsworth area. This role involves providing classroom-based academic support to pupils in KS1 and KS2 on a flexible supply basis, with full-time and part-time options available.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Assisting with literacy, numeracy and lesson participation
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Supporting teachers in maintaining a calm learning environment
Requirements
- Experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant or Tutor is desirable
- Graduates and university students welcome
