SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving and highly inclusive Primary School for an outstanding SEND Teacher to join their specialist Autism Resource Base. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher to support a small class of 6-8 pupils with Autism, working alongside a highly experienced team of Child Support Assistants within a nurturing and well-resourced SEND environment.

The school is a flourishing Rights Respecting Primary School with:

  • A specialist Autism Resource Base supporting 30 pupils
  • A dedicated centre for two-year-olds
  • An exceptional inclusive ethos across mainstream and SEND provision

The School is Seeking a Teacher Who:

  • Is an outstanding Primary Practitioner
  • Has strong knowledge of supporting children with Autism
  • Has experience with or understanding of Makaton and/or PECS
  • Can build strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational and digital skills
  • Is passionate about inclusive education and SEND development
  • Is Camden-based, or is happy to travel to and from the area long-term
