We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a Mainstream Primary School from September 2025. It is an exciting time to join a fantastic school which has a dedicated Resource Base for their SEN learners. You will become part of a dedicated and friendly team of SEN staff, committed to providing the very best in special education.
The Primary School supports and educates young people from Reception to Year 6 with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) where they prioritise developing strong and positive relationships with the children. The school creates personalised curriculums to meet the needs and development of each learner.
Some of the interventions used include: Lego Therapy, Attention Autism, Zones of Reflection, Sensory Play and Animal Therapy!
In this exciting role you will:
- Work as part of a specialist team to lead class groups as a SEN Teacher in all aspects of the curriculum
- Prepare and deliver inspirational and creative lessons
- Deliver highly effective teaching, learning and assessment and make a broader positive contribution to school life
- Promote a love of learning and enable our pupils to make progress towards positive academic and EHCP outcomes

- You have qualified teacher status in the UK and/or are an experienced SEN Teacher from overseas
