SANZA Teaching Agency is currently working in partnership with a range of vibrant, diverse and welcoming primary schools across Hackney and Tower Hamlets who are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Class Teachers for September starts.

These schools offer inclusive, community-driven environments with strong leadership, supportive staff teams and a clear commitment to high standards, pupil progress and wellbeing. Roles are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners.

The Role:

  • Full class teaching responsibility across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
  • Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, progress and attainment
  • Assessing, tracking and reporting on pupil progress effectively
  • Differentiating learning to support SEND, EAL and higher-attaining pupils
  • Delivering targeted interventions to support learning and close attainment gaps
  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school teams
  • Building strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Contributing to the wider school community and enrichment opportunities
  • Upholding safeguarding, behaviour and school policies at all times

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in a primary school setting (ECTs welcome to apply)
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
