Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked with children with special needs? Sanza Teaching is working with a lovely primary school in East Barnet, North London, which is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant for the new academic year.
The role:
- Working with a child who will be starting at the school from the end of September/beginning of October.
- The child has complex special needs; Autism and is non-verbal.
- The Head is seeking an experienced SEND Assistant, ideally with PECS and Makaton experience.
- Full time role, Monday to Friday for the academic year, 8.15am - 3.45pm.
- Salary: £95-100 per day, depending on experience.
You:
- You must have experience working in a primary school with children with special needs.
- PECS and Makaton experience would be very welcome.
- You should be patient, calm and adaptable.
- You must be a good communicator and accurate record keeper.
