We are working with a range of welcoming primary schools across Barnet who are looking for enthusiastic and committed teachers to join their teams from September. These opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy creating engaging learning environments, building positive relationships with pupils and working collaboratively with school staff.
The Role:
- Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on the school and your experience
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Adapt teaching to meet different learning needs
- Work closely with colleagues and support staff
- Build strong relationships with pupils and encourage their confidence and development
We're Looking For Teachers Who:
- Are passionate about primary education
- Hold QTS or are currently completing their teacher training
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills
- Are adaptable, reliable and confident
- Can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
- Are committed to creating an inclusive and engaging classroom
- Have experience supporting children with additional needs - advantageous but not essential
- ECTs are very welcome to apply
