SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a confident and resilient Teaching Assistant to support two KS2 pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a welcoming primary school.
The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
- Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
- Support pupils during lessons, breaktimes and playground activities
- Work closely with teachers and the wider support team
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with KS2 pupils
- Has SEMH experience or a strong interest in supporting children with additional needs
- Is calm, consistent and resilient
- Can manage behaviour positively and effectively
- Works well as part of a team
Pay and Progression
£100 per day, with opportunities for progression based on relevant SEMH experience, SEND training and demonstrated impact within the role.
