Your Role in the 2-Year-Old Room Two-year-olds are at a magical stage of rapid language growth, developing social skills, and newfound independence. Your day-to-day will focus on guiding them through these crucial milestones.
Your core responsibilities:* Promoting Independence: Supporting toddlers as they learn to navigate social boundaries, self-regulate, and develop self-help skills.* Active Play-Based Learning: Designing engaging, sensory, and physical activities that capture their bursting curiosity.* Communication & Language: Introducing rich vocabulary, stories, and songs to boost early language acquisition.* Responsive Care & Trust: Building safe, secure bonds so children feel confident enough to explore. xgikmsk * Parent Partnerships: Maintaining open, daily communication with families and carers regarding progress.
