SANZA Teaching Agency is working exclusively with a welcoming and highly respected primary school in Hackney to recruit an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant for their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP). This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled practitioner with strong SEND experience to take on a key role supporting pupils with autism and complex needs across EYFS and Key Stage 1. The school is looking for someone who can confidently lead learning, support colleagues, and contribute meaningfully to the ongoing development of the provision. You may be asked to cover classes from time to time alongside your duties in the ARP.

About the Role

As HLTA within the ARP, you will be central to creating a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment where children can thrive. You will work closely with teaching staff and therapists, lead targeted interventions, and support pupils' communication, social, emotional, and academic development.

For the right candidate, the school can offer an earlier start in July 2026 to allow time for transition and preparation ahead of the new academic year.
