Key responsibilities and duties for this position:
- Oversee and maintain customer data collected through online marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) to ensure accuracy and effective lead management.
- Engage with prospective customers via phone or text to assess their needs, gather key information, and identify sales opportunities.
- Accurately record and manage all customer information, ensuring timely allocation of leads to the appropriate regional dealers or SANY direct sales team.
- Coordinate with the dealer network to monitor lead progress, follow up on outcomes, and maintain updated records of all interactions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed weekly reports and performance updates to the senior management team.
What we expect from you:
- Telemarketing experience in SaaS products, Udesk and other fields is preferred.
- Previous construction equipment experience & knowledge is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a dedicated approach.
