Reporting to General Manager – UK Hoisting Business
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans, action plans and strategies
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets
- Maintain open communication and collaborate with internal cross-functional partners, including product, sales planning, etc. to maximise revenue
- Represent SANY at trade shows and other associations, events, and meetings
- Directly contribute to the product development process through active participation in product reviews by providing market & client insights
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Develop strategic relationships with customers
- Develop leads and build the pipeline
- Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals and close sale
- Partner with the Account Management team to service, maintain and grow current clients
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Build rapport and establish long‐term relationships with customers
Requirements for the role:
- Solid sales experience with hoisting machinery (ideally mobile crane)
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over‐achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
