Location: Coatbridge, Scotland depot or Sittingbourne, Kent depot Job Responsibilities and Duties: Arrange and book machine service appointments via telephone and email Create customer invoices and provide customer updates on works completed Control of depot parts stock including allocation to service jobs and customer sales Allocate work schedules to the service team Work alongside the sales dept on the preparation of new machines Submit warranty claims following completion of works What we expect from you: Ability to provide tailored customer service/upselling to a varied customer base, providing regular communication updates Strong team player who is willing to support their colleagues with additional tasks when required Ability to work to own initiative in a fast-paced depot environment whilst maintaining a high attention to detail SANY offer competitive rates of pay with generous holiday and pension provisions.
