关于岗位 三一英国现招聘 服务管理经理(Service Management Manager),工作地点位于英国苏格兰 Coatbridge。我们希望找到的是一位既懂三一挖掘机产品,又具备优秀客户沟通、问题管理和跨部门协调能力的服务管理型人才。您需要能够站在客户体验、服务效率和公司资源整合的角度,推动复杂售后问题得到高质量解决。

主要职责
  • 负责英国市场重大及复杂售后问题的协调、跟进与闭环管理;
  • 作为客户、英国本地服务团队及中国总部之间的关键沟通窗口;
  • 协调研发、质量、配件、供应链、销售及服务团队资源,推动问题解决;
  • 管理售后服务响应效率,提升客户满意度和品牌信任度;
  • 支持英国本地服务团队的服务能力建设,目前团队规模约20人;
  • 对典型故障、客户投诉、技术问题进行分析总结,推动服务流程优化;
  • 根据业务需要,参与总部培训及海外服务体系建设。
任职要求
  • 中文母语,英语能够作为工作语言,具备良好的客户沟通及商务表达能力;
  • 熟悉三一挖掘机产品及服务体系;
  • 具备工程机械售后服务、产品支持、技术支持、质量、测试或研发相关经验;
  • 能够独立判断问题优先级,并推动多方资源协同解决;
  • 具备较强的客户意识、责任心和结果导向。
优先考虑技能
  • 持有服务技能认证,初级及以上优先;
  • 有工程机械产品的服务、研发、测试、质量或产品支持经验;
  • 有海外服务、海外项目或跨文化沟通经验;
  • 有服务团队管理或复杂售后问题处理经验。
不适合本岗位的情况
  • 英语无法满足日常工作沟通;
  • 仅具备基础保养、点检、更换配件等初级服务经验;
  • 缺乏客户沟通、问题推动和跨部门协调能力;
  • 只希望从事单一现场维修工作,而不愿承担服务管理职责。
