Role Overview – The Marketing Executive will play a key role in planning, executing, and supporting marketing activity across digital and traditional channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support product launches and events for the UK and Irish markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various marketing channels
- Collaborate with the SANY UK and Ireland dealer network and work closely with the UK Sales team and product development to ensure marketing efforts are effective and aligned with business needs.
- Co-ordinate the development of marketing collateral and promotional assets, including product brochures, feature videos, and other branded materials.
- Plan and manage ongoing organic activity across all key social media (Facebook, LinkedIn etc ) to increase reach and engagement and support SANY HQ with additional campaigns as required.
- Ensure the company website is regularly updated with accurate product information, news, and campaign materials.
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, open days, and live demonstration events
- Manage relationships with trade media outlets, coordinate press releases, and create impactful advertisements for print and digital trade publications to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and deliver a monthly report detailing SANY UK’s marketing activities and campaign performance.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Marketing Executive for both digital and traditional channels
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Hands on experience in creative content writing and asset creation
- A working knowledge of CMS systems, ideally WordPress
- A self-starter with strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects
- Ready to roll your sleeves up attitude and support colleagues as the SANY UK operation grows
- A full UK driving licence (travel to events and some sites/dealer locations will be required)
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Experience within the manufacturing and/or construction industry
- Marketing degree/professional diploma
- Video creation and editing skills, photoshop, InDesign or similar skills
