SANY UK & Ireland is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Administrator to assist in sales nationwide. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and certifying import and export businesses, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring smooth operation and follow-up of orders, sales, logistics, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Certification & Documentation: Handle import and export certifications and prepare relevant documents.
- Order Management: Oversee and follow up on orders, sales, and inventory, including customs clearance, equipment distribution, and logistics coordination.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with HQ to update order and shipping information and provide daily updates to the sales team and customers.
- Document Organisation: Organise and file all export documents, bills, letters, telegrams, and other materials.
- Export Verification: Verify and write off export documents to ensure timely processing of export tax refunds.
- Finance Assistance: Assist the Finance Department with the collection and payment of foreign exchange, ensuring system safety.
- Depot Administration: Support daily administration work at the depot as required.
- CRM Management: Manage the CRM system for direct sales in the assigned area.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in the construction industry or an import/export logistics company.
- Skills: Proven track record in sales or logistics is essential.
- Attitude: Entrepreneurial and sales-driven with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Network: Existing relationships with rental/construction companies are advantageous.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with import and export trade regulations. Experience in logistics and customer clearance services is a plus.
- Language: English is essential, mandarin speaking is an advantage.
- Driving licence: Valid driving licence is required.
