Key responsibilities and duties for this position
- Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of all AP transactions.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and answer queries.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare reports as required.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
What we expect from you
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual language skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a fulltime onsite environment.
