Due to fast growing business in the UK, we are currently looking for a key account service coordinator to join our young and friendly team. Following are the details:
Key responsibilities and duties for this position:
- Arrange and book machine service appointments via telephone and email
- Create customer invoices and provide customer updates on works completed
- Control of depot parts stock including allocation to service jobs and customer sales
- Allocate work schedules to the service team
- Work alongside the sales department on the preparation of new machines
- Submit warranty claims following completion of works

- Ability to provide tailored customer service/upselling to a varied customer base, providing regular communication updates
- Strong team player who is willing to support their colleagues with additional tasks when required
- Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced depot environment whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
