Description:
Santova is looking for a graduate with minimal work experience to enlist with the Group\’s Graduate Program. There is opportunity for growth within the company as the purpose of the program is to prepare carefully selected individuals for strategic placement within the Group in the future. The program will facilitate practical hands-on experience as well as in-depth exposure to all facets of logistics and supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Exposure to all facets of the logistics industry, including imports/exports, clearing, forwarding and warehousing
- Information systems, business intelligence, data analysis and client report writing
- Professional client engagement offering comprehensive and tailor-made business solutions
- Participation in developing new solutions within the overall Santova Group globally
Abilities/ Attributes:
- Strong leadership attributes

- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Problem solving skills, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, strong ability to work independently
