We’re on the lookout for an energetic and detail-driven Operations & Supply Chain Assistant to join our team and play a key role behind the scenes. Santoro is an award-winning design house and we spend our days making beautiful things for our gift and collections including character brands, 3D pop-up greetings cards and luxury interiors lines. In this dynamic role you’ll be at the heart of our operations—supporting customers, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from order to delivery. This is a full-time on-site role at our Wimbledon HQ in south London.
This role would suit either:

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the coordination of daily operations across the business
- Managing stock levels, inventory records, and replenishment schedules
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners
- Tracking shipments and ensuring timely deliveries
- Delivering friendly, efficient support to customers via email and phone
- Assisting with purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation
- Monitoring operational performance and flagging any issues early
- Keeping systems and databases accurate and up to date
- Supporting the day-to-day running of our e-commerce platforms
- Identifying ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent grades throughout your education and ideally a degree in a relevant subject
- A passion for gift and stationery products
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Clear effective communication and confidence working with internal and external partners
- The ability to manage complex data effectively with excellent accuracy and numeracy
- Proficient using spreadsheets and operational systems
- Practical and logical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in operations or supply chain is helpful—but not essential
