Responsibilities:
- Mixing cocktails, including specialty mezcal and tequila drinks
- Training new staff in bar techniques and standards
- Maintaining excellent health and safety standards
- Managing a fast‑paced, busy bar environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in a busy bar, good knowledge of mezcal and tequila cocktails preferred
- Friendly and energetic personality with a sense of humour
Salary: Basic salary including tronc up to £16 per hour, depending on experience.
