The person shall be an experienced engineer with both process and HSE knowledge. Candidate must be updated on the latest developments within the field of risk management and can demonstrate strong leadership skills. 10-15 years post graduation experience in design & development of capital projects in the Oil/Gas industry at senior level. Should be a certified Hazop Leader. Experience in chairing HAZOP activities is a must. Must be willing to travel to different parts of the world although this is primarily an office based position. Team spirit, ethics and integrity, communication skills etc.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Chairman of HAZOP. This person is responsible for the entire hazard analysis process, including the planning and coordination of the HAZOP session.
- Retain client contracts and relationships.
- Ensure quality of technical content of reports.
- Increase commercial awareness with respect to potential new opportunities with existing clients, incorporating “added value”.
- Delivery against key personal and divisional KPIs.
Governance:
- Projects/contracts delivered on time and under internal budget.
- Satisfactory delivery and timely submission on project requirements.
- Compliance with people policies and common processes.
- Code of ethics.
Authority & Decision making: Delegation of Authority level – Independent Decision Making.
