Working as part of a team of Network and Network Security Analysts delivering great service to our customers, both internal and external, through strong technical operational support of the Network Infrastructure within IO&SD.
Responsible for the Operations, Availability and Support of the Network services across multi-vendor products.

- Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment
- Strong planning and organising skills and ability to balance priorities.
- Ability to build and develop the culture of the CIO function and support the development of the CIO culture across TSB.
- Ability to think strategically and evaluate options in the short, medium and long term
- Good communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to and not to escape issues.
- Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and able to work collaboratively and constructively within multi discipline teams.
- Must have at least 4 to 5 of these core skills - Cisco Routing (BGP, OSPF, PBR, MPLS), Cisco Switching, Cisco ACI, Fortinet Fortigate FW, Fortinet Fortiswitch, F5 DNS / GTM, F5 LTM, IPAM / Infoblox, Palo Alto FW.
- Must have at least 2 to 3 of these additional skills - Forescout, Cisco Wireless, Meraki Wireless, Akamai WAF, Proxy technologies (Fortinet Fortiproxy / ZScaler), F5 AFM.
