THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE. TSB Customer Support is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Power of Attorney team in Birmingham. You'll play an important role in delivering accurate, compliant support to our customers, helping us provide a great service while meeting regulatory requirements. As part of our wider Specialist Services function, you'll also have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and support across different areas when required.

Whether you're handling customer enquiries, supporting Power of Attorney requests or contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, you'll use your attention to detail, sound judgement and strong communication skills to deliver the right outcomes for our customers. You’ll work from our Birmingham office full‑time during your initial training period of up to three months. Once trained, you’ll move to a hybrid working pattern, combining home and office working. We’ll provide the equipment and support you need to work effectively from home, including a company laptop, and ask that you have a suitable workspace where you can focus without distraction.
