Senior Culture and Development Partner (S)
Santander Consumer Finance is one of the UK’s leading motor finance companies, currently seeking a Senior Culture and Development Partner.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the culture, DEI, Wellbeing, and Learning & Talent Development initiatives, managing a small team of Learning Partners and a Culture & MI Partner.
- Delivering the P&C Strategy and Culture Transformation Strategy, focusing on data, measurement, and analysis.
- Implementing behavioural change interventions and monitoring cultural health.
- Providing core training across all levels, including leadership development.
- Driving the enterprise-wide DEI plan and organisational DEI health.
- Managing employee engagement tools, measurement, and reporting.
- Ensuring training needs are met, including around vulnerable customers and collections.
- Collaborating with teams to deliver training to SLA and governing mandatory training.
- Participating in group meetings and reporting on wider decisions.
What we’re looking for:
- Background in HR / L&D / Talent / Org Development, as an SME or combined skills.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and challenging the status quo.
- Proven experience in culture and DEI change initiatives.
- Influencing skills at all levels, including ExCo.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to adapt to global business contexts.
- Strong communication, people management, and strategic influence skills.
- Experience in regulated environments and budget management.
- Self-motivated, passionate, with data analysis skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
