Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to work across our Harlesden and Cricklewood branches on a Twinned site. This role runs 21 hours per week on a rota’d basis, Monday to Saturday, with travel between both locations.
You will listen to customers, handle transactions, assist with technology, and help protect customers from fraud, contributing to a friendly, efficient branch experience.
