Santander Livingston Branch is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to be the friendly face and voice for customers in-store and over the phone. This role is based in Livingston, working 35 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, with training and support from a close-knit team.
You’ll handle everyday cash transactions, assist customers with technology in the banking hall, and help protect them from fraud. You’ll thrive in a varied, multi-skilled environment.
