Santander Gravesend Branch is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join a busy, customer-focused team. You’ll work 35 hours per week on a rota basis, covering Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm, delivering friendly, professional service in-branch and over the phone.
You’ll help customers with everyday transactions, assist with technology in the banking hall, and contribute to protecting customers against fraud while building strong relationships across our community.
