THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE
We're looking for an Analyst who is passionate about reporting, data analysis, and customer and colleague service level analysis, with a drive for continuous improvement. TSB's IT Reporting team oversee the governance and reporting of TSB's services, reporting on trends and driving improvement on process and risk mitigation, all ensuring we can deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
- As an Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical insight into our service metrics, incident and problem reporting, service, risk and control performance within Cloud & Service Delivery.
- Generate key management information to support business direction.
- Design and deliver enhancements to reporting strategies to achieve the right enterprise view of the team for stakeholders.
- Be responsible for providing analysis and insight into our Service Levels, related Incidents and its impact on customers and the wider business.
- Use tools such as Excel at an advanced level to manipulate and interrogate data from a wide variety of large datasets.
- Apply business acumen to interpret results and produce actionable recommendations and spot key trends to optimise how we continuously improve within the wider team.
- Support on data gathering for regulatory reporting, Risk and Audit requests.
