Navigator Global is here to help SMEs take on the world of international trade and win. (Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen, able to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and identify digital tools, products and services that drive SME success

  • An established network of senior contacts and collaborators in the global digital trade, online marketplace, or international trade policy space

  • Excellent knowledge of digital trade trends, technologies and regulatory frameworks, as well as familiarity with emerging technologies and tools such as cross-border e-commerce, digital platforms and ecosystems that help SMEs trade across borders

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience building relationships across public and private sectors

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Experience developing and delivering digital trade propositions, tools and platforms that enable SMEs to access global markets more efficiently

  • Experience working within or alongside relevant public or private sector bodies – such as government trade departments, chambers of commerce, trade associations, or international digital trade and e-commerce solution providers

  • Solid understanding of international trade and the practical barriers and opportunities facing SMEs and an understanding of global market dynamics to ensure propositions resonate with SMEs across markets and sectors around the world

  • We want our people to thrive at work and home and be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).

  • If you apply for this role in this location, it’s important you consider your travelling distance, time and cost from your home to the office location.
